It seems at least affect when the language setting is norwegian "Norsk bokmål 
(Norge)".
The hash key "#" is not available at the dialer. It is replaced by "Nr." and 
doesn't work.
It is impossible to dial a GSM code like *number#, but it is necessary for some 
services.
