@cm-t, taking a look at comment #1 you are not filling properly the form. MCC/MNC are not necessary (they are stored in your SIM), neither the type (it is implied as you are filling the MMS APN). Please try again filling "APN MMS" and "MMSC" and leave the other fields empty, as they are not specified by your provider.
