For wpasupplicant I keep this bug open, because i am not sure if the
behaviour we see here in the log is already tracked somewhere else. As
you can see the global ctrl socket takes two seconds to come up ...
though it finally succeeds, this is a pretty long time for just opening
a unix socket.
