This causes the long boot:

presumably you have a swap device in /etc/fstab which does not actually
exist any more. Can you please copy&paste the output of
cat /etc/fstab
sudo blkid
?
Then there are dozens of error messages like
Abr 23 22:09:37 username-ub wpa_supplicant[884]: Failed to initialize control
interface '/var/run/wpa_supplicant'.
You may have another
wpa_supplicant process already running or the file was
left by an unclean termination
of wpa_supplicant in which case you will need
to manually remove this file
before starting wpa_supplicant again.

[supplicant-manager/nm-supplicant-interface.c:856] interface_add_cb(): (wlan0):
error adding interface: wpa_supplicant couldn't grab this interface.
Can you please give the output of
ls -ld /var/run /run
mount | grep /run
