Our current template still has the property in MainView:
// Removes the old toolbar and enables new features of the new header.
useDeprecatedToolbar: false
This works in Utopic (Ubuntu.Components 1.1). I think it is good to
generate different templates based on the framework chosen during the
wizard. Otherwise, it is confusing that framework 15.04 still takes the
Ubuntu.Component 1.1 as the default in the Main.qml file.
