The phone freezes if you receive a call while the sim lock screen is
visible.
How to reproduce
===============
1 - Make sure that you have 2 sim cards locked
2 - Reboot your phone
3 - After the boot the sim pin unlock screen will appear. Use that to unlock
your first sim
4 - After unlock the first sim the screen will appear again to unlock the
second sim, leave the phone on this screen
5 - Call the phone,
Expected behavior
================
The calling notification appear, and after accept it the dialer app appear
Current behavior
===============
The calling notification appear pushing all lock screen down (very ugly)
After accept the call the phone freezes and you can not see the dialer app or
skip the lock screen
