Steps to reproduce:
1. Lock device
2. receive a call
3 accept the call/incoming call snap decision
Actual result:
When the screen switches to the actual call view, you see the "Emergency call"
dialer for a brief moment. The same happens after you hang up the call without
unlocking the phone.
Expected result:
After a call is accepted and view changes to the call screen, users shouldn't
see the "Emergency call" dialer. Making the "Emergency call" label visible is
confusing and can be misinterpreted.
