Assume this also affects oxygen-cursor-theme-extra
A normal session was not specified; The behaviour being reported
occurred when using the MATE desktop environment.
All resize icons do not work out of the box; The fix I found, until a better
solution can be discovered is to make the following links in each directory
within /usr/share/icons/oxy-*:
size_fdiag top_left_corner
size_fdiag bottom_right_corner
size_bdiag top_right_corner
size_bdiag bottom_left_corner
size_hor left_side
size_hor right_side
size_ver top_side
size_ver bottom_side
I used soft links (ln -s), use best judgement when repackaging the
cursor themes.
