Marking confirmed based on your screenshot, there seems to be something
wrong here. (And also also seen similar issues myself in the past.)

I found some other bugs which are also related to grouping of updates,
see bug 1237277 and bug 1214218 for details. In both cases, the "parent"
package originates from a PPA, but I don't know if this is the
underlying reason or not, so I don't feel comfortable marking this as a
duplicate. Might be worth investigating, though.
