A recent update has fixed the problem for me. The package versions are now: dolphin 4:15.04.1-0ubuntu1~ubuntu15.04~ppa6 konsole 4:15.04.1-0ubuntu1~ubuntu15.04~ppa1 konsole-kpart 4:15.04.1-0ubuntu1~ubuntu15.04~ppa1
