came from, this usually indicates an fstab entry. Can you run

   sudo /usr/lib/udisks2/udisksd -r 2>&1 | tee /tmp/udisks.log

then insert that pendrive, let the output settle down (maybe 5 s), and
then press Control-C, and attach /tmp/udisks.log ?
