Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.
I don't think this is a valid bug in Ubuntu since you're trying to build differently from the way that Ubuntu does it. Certainly not in 12.04 anyway, which is an old (but still supported) release. I don't think any fix here would on its own meet the criteria under https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates#When As you're building from source you should be able to use a newer upstream source or patch what you need. Consequently I see no need to consider fixing this in Ubuntu since it does not affect users. If there is a reason I'm wrong here, please explain and reopen. ** Changed in: squid3 (Ubuntu) Status: New => Invalid -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1415866 Title: Linking error with --enable-ssl-crtd To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/squid3/+bug/1415866/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
