To reproduce in lxde with arandr open arandr click on the help about
click about then click on the license button then click the link to
http://fsf.org in LXDE and it will open my mail client of sylpheed.

I expected clicking a link to fsf.org to launch a webbrowser instead it
launched a mail client. It did this both in my vivid install and on a
kvm guest running wily.
