I have a fresh Vivid 15.04 install on a System76 desktop computer. I
turn on recommendations in Ubuntu Software Center and I expect to be
able to write a review or rate a package I have installed. When I click
the "write your own review" link, nothing happens. I am attempting to
review the cream vim macros package, but I experience the same behavior
if I try to review a different package.
Running software-center from the terminal, I see the following error
message in the terminal window at the time that I click the "Write your
own review" link.
