not really.
Qt is quite a big library, and every new qt release means a lot of planning and 
testing before uploading it on debian sid.
What i mean is, yes, maybe scribus works just better, but there would be a lot 
of other software breaking if we ship qt 5.4 on our ppa.

I'll still think about it, but i fear this is a "won't fix" (actually
"invalid", give that i don't have enough permissions to move to "won't
fix", sadly)
