Thanks for the system-image-cli output.  It seems you're running a
pretty old image.  I would suggest bringing your device up-to-date with
the latest devel image.  As we've recently re-worked the way channels
work for touch images, you'd use the following command to re-flash the
latest:

$ ubuntu-device-flash --channel ubuntu-touch/rc-proposed/ubuntu

You other option would be to wait a few days and then update the device,
as we have a pending OTA update soon to be released.

Also, re: the scripts I mentioned, please *run* the scripts and attach
their output, not their contents.  Ex.

$ /usr/share/ofono/scripts/list-modems > list-modems.out

Finally, it might also be helpful to attach ( using the "Add attachment
or patch" at the bottom of this page ) your syslog ( from /var/log ) to
the bug as well.
