Public bug reported:

I have written a Patience Solitaire game called Open Flowers with Racket
6.1. Running in the Ubuntu GUI it sometimes does not react to keyboard
shortcuts as defined in it's menu: the first keyboard shortcut is
delivered and handled. The following keyboard shortcut is not seen by my
application handlers and keyboard shortcuts only start working again
after some display change.

When trying to debug this issue with a warning level of /debug/ for /Racket/ I
get two different behaviors that seem to remain constant during runtime:
1) the bug vanishes and all events are handled and delivered perfectly
2) the bug is still there: Racket's debug messages do show events on keypresses
but my application does not always receive them.

I have had similar but perhaps unrelated experiences in my current
Ubuntu 15.04 with Emacs and Dash or Compiz. Most of this seems to be
unreproducible. This behavior did not occur prior to my change to Ubuntu
with Racket 6.1 on Mac OS X.

As soon as I have more time to investigate this I might add additional
information.
