Despite this, one thing that could be discussed with Dell as per your dmesg https://launchpadlibrarian.net/208945923/CurrentDmesg.txt : [ 0.076672] Your BIOS is broken and requested that x2apic be disabled. This will slightly decrease performance. Use 'intremap=no_x2apic_optout' to override BIOS request.
