Public bug reported:
Whenever Xubuntu Update to Linux Image Kernel 3.16.0.40 and installs
linux-image-generic-lts-utopic system does not comes up anymore after reboot.
Instead it is affecting a kernel panic.
If I remove them or boot with 3.16.38 everything is fine.
