While it wouldn't appear to be the highest priority issue for chromium-
browser (why I marked Medium versus High+, although it may be bordering
on Low at your discretion) given how Ubuntu wouldn't ship with NaCl
support, I would still like to reclaim the disk space that was forced
upon me without my consent.

As per https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=786909#46 they
disable hotword, despite NaCl being disabled at build time.
