Public bug reported: Having upgrade to that latest grub2 version, and now i need to kill the grub-mount process into system-monitor, because it continously use 100 % core .
That has never been seen before that version: grub2 (2.02~beta2-26ubuntu1) wily; urgency=medium * debian/build-efi-images: look for grub.cfg in $cmdpath too in gcdx64.efi, to simplify embedded scenarios: putting a grub.cfg snippet that loads the right "real" grub.cfg can be useful. (LP: #1468111) -- Mathieu Trudel-Lapierre <[email protected]> Tue, 23 Jun 2015 17:27:18 -0400 This system is quite old, so there is no efi here; and this upgrade seems to persist scanning to try finding something that does not exist. Needs to abort itself the process in such a case, or better, do not start it on system with simple bios.
