A few days ago, I couln't connect to my faculty's PAP network, either... I thought it was a problem on their side, as they tend to have them every so often. But now with Vincent's message... I don't know. It may be a new bug in NetworkManager? I haven't been to my faculty with my laptop since then to see if the problem still persists... I'll probably be there again on Monday, so I can re-check.
