You are using GPT to partition your disks, but not booting in EFI mode.
Grub requires a 1 mb bios_grub partition for this.

ant load I Reloaded Ubuntu desktop 14.02 from bootable USB the Install
Completes with fatal error " grub-install /dev/sdb , /dev/sdb1,
/dev/sda & /dev/sda1 all failed now I have no Laptop and I dont now
how to load grub install manually
