Public bug reported:
In some applications the mouse-over notifications appears totally blank.
I noticed this problem in "Dolphin", "ktorrent" etc. The problem is
persistent and reproducible every time. I couldn't find anything useful
which may cause this problem. If any log or testing needed will be
provided. Please mention what is needed to check.
OS: Kubuntu 15.04 x64 updated till date
