I ran the command sudo unity8-lxc-setup --rebuild-config --rebuild-rootfs
Then I was able to login but with the original problem ... welcome to Ubuntu phone .... no ethernet connexion and no CTRL+F7 or CTRL+F1 to switch back to my official session.
