The ultimate test of this kind of settings is to install the Catalan
language and try to set language and formats for "Catalan - valencia".
When doing so, another need for change to gnome-desktop3 appeared (new
merge proposal submitted). I also made a change to accountsservice,
after all (just uploaded).
