I filed a similar bug against dialer-app the other day before I saw this one: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dialer-app/+bug/1469467 (now marked as duplicate)
In that bug I added two more fr's that I believe also to be useful in this context. those additions are: : 1) in the "recent calls" panel of the dialer-app, each missed/incoming call should show to which of the two sims a call was made.
