This bug will trigger every time you edit KDE "Application keyboard shortcut". Shortcuts are duplicating in .config/kdeglobals, causing this to happens. See https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=343665
A temporary patch has been released, but nothing official right now.
