There are multiple bugs here, there is one bug that is UI related which
has a fix pending for bug 1463841. The other issue I've seen is
changing the voiceCallWaiting property on ofono can be flaky on krillin,
and seems works on slot 2 than slot 1. I've reproduced this with the
test-call-settings script, so that rules out libqofono and system-
settings. I've also found that once I run list-modems once, it'll no
longer fail to change the property. Here's the output of test-call-
settings when it failed to change:
