Public bug reported:
Please sync gmp 2:6.0.0+dfsg-7 (main) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* libgmp-dev: Recommend libstdc++-4.9-dev instead of libstdc++-4.8-dev.
This reccomend has been completely dropped by debian, it should be safe to do
this in ubuntu too
Changelog entries since current wily version 2:6.0.0+dfsg-6ubuntu1:
gmp (2:6.0.0+dfsg-7) unstable; urgency=medium
* control: Drop recommends libstdc++ (Closes: #781196). Suggest gmp-doc
(Closes: #735545).
