Good morning,
I try Ubuntu 14.04 x86 and USB I connected to port and everything work, also
on USB ver 2 and 3. But I installed AMD64 version, and work only USB version 3
(I have only 2 port ver3) .

+ FIX:
+ In bios you need set IOMMU Controller to ENABLED and in SB SATA CONFIGURATION
enable all ports ;)
