Public bug reported:
I started experiencing difficulties with booting Ubuntu/Ubuntu Gnome. Once I
repaired boot, system became unstable, so I decided to reinstall it. After for
about 7 hours of installation I understood, that it's no use. Booting became
extremely slow. However, after a while booting returned to the loading speed
like it was before.
So, I decided to completely format drives and install new Ubuntu.
Unfortunately, it always ends up with an error. The message suggests my drive
is old (which is true) or it has some issues. Well, I decided to install Ubuntu
on flash drive - it ended with an error and wants me to choose another drive.
What is an actual problem? Broken distribution? Or is it a laptop/drive
issue?
I'll provide you with information you need if it's necessary.
Yours faithfully,
Denis Kuznetsov
