Public bug reported:

On a routine packages update today, using Synaptic, I noticed a warning
of "efi" having 0 bytes available. And then a couple of other errors,
presumably having to do with that. Have no idea how to fix that. Will
research that online in the next couple days to see if I can find a fix
for it. I hope it doesn't mean trying to resize partitions. System is
a HP Laptop, A10 apu, 8GB RAM. dual boot Win 8.1, secure boot disabled.
