Thanks for reporting. Looks like the problem is that both packages include some
of the same files:
http://packages.ubuntu.com/vivid/amd64/dolphin-plugins-bazaar/filelist
http://packages.ubuntu.com/vivid/amd64/kdesdk-dolphin-plugins/filelist
When installing both, they trigger a conflict for
"/usr/share/kde4/services/fileviewbazaarplugin.desktop" and
"/usr/lib/kde4/fileviewbazaarplugin.so". The latter is covered in bug
1469082, I'm hesitant to mark that as a duplicate of this since it
mentions a different file.
As a side comment, I wonder why the two packages have this amount of
overlap and whether both are still needed...
