un-duping this as I believe it's a separate issue..
Problem I'm seeing is this:
1) make sure gallery is not running
2) open browser and download an image
3) select gallery
4) when download complete press "dismiss" button
5) open shell and verify .cache/com.ubuntu.gallery/HubIncoming/X exists and
downloaded file lives there
6) open gallery

Expected result:
The photo which was downloaded should appear in gallery

Actual result:
The photo does not always show up in gallery (sometimes it does)
Seems there is a race condition as it only works a small amount of the time.
After gallery is opened the file is cleared from HubIncoming directory, so I
believe there is an issue with the initial loading and displaying of files
found in HubIncoming.
