As it is, when you come back from the photo viewer on a photo that was
partially off-screen in the album grid view or overview event view, that
photo is still partially off-screen. It should be moved so that it's
entirely on-screen. Note that if the photo was entirely off screen, it
will have been moved entirely on screen. The edge case here is when
it's only partially off.
