In this case, the problem is that a couple of files with identical paths
exists in both these packages. So this isn't really affected by the
kernel version. What might have had an impact would be the package
versions, since a newer package could have different content, but at
least dolphin-plugins-bazaar seems unchanged since it was first
packaged.
So I'll mark this as a duplicate of bug 1264659 since it is the same
file conflict. Feel free to continue to report any other bugs you may
find.
