Please sync sed 4.2.2-6.1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Resynchronise with Debian.  Remaining changes:
    - Mark sed Multi-Arch: foreign.
Fixed in debian
