Attached is a debdiff and tarball to update ubuntu-mate-artwork to
0.4.11.
* Add community contributed wallpapers from David Chadderton.
* Add community contributed wallpaper from quidsup.
* Process debian folder with wrap-and-sort.
I've also attached a tarball of ubuntu-mate-artwork 0.4.11 because the
following new images have been added:
* usr/share/backgrounds/ubuntu-mate-wily/Neon-UbuntuMATE.png
* usr/share/backgrounds/ubuntu-mate-wily/Webspresso-Take-Back-Your-Desktop.jpg
** Affects: ubuntu-mate-artwork (Ubuntu)
