Steps to reproduce:
1. connect your device to the car kit's bluetooth
2. start a call from the car kit (startin the call from the device won't show
the problem)
3. wait for dialer-app to be launched
Expected results:
- the live call view is displayed on dialer-app
Actual result:
- the dialpad view is displayed
Note that after the remote end accepts the call, the live call is then
displayed on dialer-app.
