Public bug reported:

In /etc/machine-info, the value of PRETTY_HOSTNAME is set to "Aquaris
E4.5 Ubuntu Edition" (including quotation marks) like this:

PRETTY_HOSTNAME="Aquaris E4.5 Ubuntu Edition"

Unlike in e.g. bash, these quotation marks are part of the value, which
is later displayed in bluetooth settings menu and on the other devices.
Removing them solves the problem for me.
