Okay, I solved the problem I had to manually install the following
packages even though I used the citrain command:
sudo apt-get install
{ubuntu-system-settings,libsystemsettings1}=0.3+15.04.20150724-0ubuntu
sudo apt-get install
{indicator-network,qml-module-ubuntu-connectivity,libconnectivity-qt1}=0.5.2+15.04.20150722-0ubuntu1
Reading the howto I expected that this is done automatically.
Nevertheless, now it seems to work.
