Oops, i incorrectly assume you have in fact bluez-pcmcia-support
installed on your system, my mistake. About the inclusion of this
package by default in gutsy please take a look at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuMainInclusionRequirements for the
instructions.
Since the problem was you don't have the required package installed and not a
software bug "per se", I'm closing this bug as invalid. feel free to report any
future bug you may find.
By the way, congratulations on making your card work :-D.
