Unfortunately for Trusty (14.04), there were other packages depending on the old version of osmgpsmap, and this originally made LTS users miss out on the the latest gir1.2-osmgpsmap-1.0 package. There have been many bugs reported against Gramps because of this problem.
Luckily, I managed to get the latest osmgpsmap package backported for Trusty. However, you have to enable the Backports Respository before you can install it: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UbuntuBackports ** Changed in: gramps (Ubuntu) Status: New => Fix Released -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1475971 Title: Bugged depends or wiki failure To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gramps/+bug/1475971/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
