Actually, it's even weirder than I suggested: the icon in the list item
*is* being anti-aliased, but not nearly as much. It's almost as if it's
being anti-aliased using a weaker (faster?) algorithm.

All the list item icons in System Settings are about twice as wide and
twice as high as they should be. Maybe that's a separate problem, or
maybe it's another symptom of the same bug.

** Description changed:

- Steps to reproduce:
  1. Open System Settings
  2. Notice the icons for: Rotation Lock, Flight Mode, About this phone and 
Reset phone are not as smooth as the other icons. They are jugged, pixelated 
(not sure what is the right English word for that).
  
+ The same is true on any other System Settings screen: icons in list
+ items are jagged, while icons outside list items are not.
