Public bug reported:
To reproduce install lubuntu 15.10 and open default apps for lxsession.
then on on file manager click more to see other available applications
and see that caja is not in the listed file managers. Similar in the
alternate available pdf viewers atril the mate pdf viewer is not listed.

I expected these gtk2 based mate components to be listed as alternative
apps in default apps for lxsession as they do not pull in too many
dependencies for lubuntu compared to the kde ones listed. Instead caja
and atril don't seem to show up in the list of alternative file managers
and pdf viewers respectively.
