Greetings Petar! I'm not sure I fully understand the state your phone is in, when this happens to you. From my understanding it appears you might not be aware of the collapse/expand feature of snap-decision notifications of unity8. This happens when there is more than one snap-decision notification on- screen at the same time.

Does that provide a solution to your issue? Or if not could you give a more detailed description of how to reproduce it... a video of the issue you run into would be even better.
