Is Obex Push being implemented for anything in particular? Where is the
design spec for it?
If we're planning to add that feature, it should be designed and
released all at once, including the change to Bluetooth settings.
Otherwise we'll end up allowing long-running Bluetooth visibility
because "oh, we're going to have Obex Push for something sometime" --
and some fraction of our users will end up with worse battery life
because they fiddled with the setting without realizing that it wasn't
actually useful for anything yet.
