Public bug reported:

This bug is connected with:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-clock-app/+bug/1362078

To have common UX experience across all applications, we need to play
some sound during volume changing in system-settings.

Currently:
Swiping volume slider there is no sound in background

Expected:
Swiping volume slider should play sound, with volume connected to slider

For Clock application it was already approved by James.
It will be great to also have this feature in System-settings.
