Looks like mesa should be pulling this in, if it's going to try loading
it unconditionally and explode when it can't. In vivid, we don't have
this problem, as a variety of low level libs (like gtk and sdl) link to
libwayland-egl directly, thus accidentally papering over the fact that
mesa itself doesn't depend on it.
